Main problems which face employer hiring professional from other country can be stated as follows:

  • Overpopulation. Inflow of foreigners which come to US was growing all the last time. Government understands that country is not "rubber" and essentially restricts quantity of people coming to US from other countries. Off-shore is a type of remote work when customer and performer may not meet each other at all. Since they can be on a large distances from each other, they have contacts only through a telecommunications. Perfomer gets a target setting from the customer and give him out a ready result.

Capabilities of modern telecommunication services, mainly Internet, allow off-shore become a new perspective method of satisfying all the customers needs at least in the scope of Information Technologies.
